Little known jewel

We spent a week in Alpe d'Huez in March with Mary-Claire and Leo.
The road up to the resort is amazing: hard to believe that the Tour de France uses this for the moutain climb! The skiing is great with spacious, well groomed  runs that will meet everyones wishes.There are also off-piste runs for those with more gnarly tastes! ...

Excellent
Leo and Mary Claire have picked another winner!   Alpe d'Huez has a wide variety of slopes as well as  trails to other villages.  Good snow and well groomed with good lift access to all areas.   Overall a great experience.  We stayed at the Pic Blanc on the edge of town and were just a few steps away from the...
